About

Original CC0 demolition and site clearance library, built to take a building down rather than put one up. The plant runs to a tracked bulldozer whose moldboard raises on its push arms and angles on a parented node, a tracked excavator in digging bucket and hydraulic breaker versions, a high reach demolition machine fourteen metres tall with a pulveriser head, a wheeled loader with a rehandling bucket, a skid steer with a sorting grapple whose top jaw opens, a front tip site dumper, a six wheel articulated hauler, a telehandler with a telescopic boom that reaches, a towable dust suppression bowser with a hose reel that turns, a tracked jaw crusher with an overband magnet, a tracked screening plant and a lifting magnet attachment on its stand. The site itself is a 4 m modular kit: ground tiles in concrete, mud tracked and crushed hardcore versions, solid hoarding panels and a hoarding gate that swings, mesh fence panels with their foot blocks, a debris netting scaffold bay, and a masonry wall section in intact, breached and down to rubble states over a broken floor slab with its reinforcement showing. The arisings are modelled as real material: rubble piles in three sizes and a graded crusher feed pile, salvaged brick banded on pallets, cut steel beams on bearers, segregated timber waste and a bundle of cut rebar. The compound adds a site cabin on blocks in office and welfare versions, an open and a covered waste skip, a drive through wheel wash, a dust suppression sprinkler bar, a steel road plate, a cone and barrier set, a banksman's post, a signage frame, a fire point, a first aid station, a floodlight mast and a temporary power distribution board. Named pivoted nodes carry rigid node-transform clips only: the dozer blade raises and angles, the excavator, loader and telehandler booms raise with their buckets, breakers, grapples and forks parented so they travel with the raise, the telehandler extension reaches, the dumper and hauler bodies tip, the hoarding gate and the cabin and distro doors swing, the skip lid lifts, the bowser reel spins and every road wheel rolls. The track belts, the hydraulic rams beyond the driven node, the lifting chains, the crusher jaws, the conveyor belts, the screen box springs, the debris netting and the water are all modelled solid and never move, because none of them is reachable with one rigid node transform, and a consumer adds the dust and spray as effects. Nothing here is wrecked or distressing: the job is hoarded, damped down, tidily signed and the salvage is sorted. No plant manufacturer, demolition contractor or equipment brand name, badge or artwork anywhere: every livery is invented and every sign face and plate is blank.

Common questions

How do I use Demolition and Site Clearance with my AI development tools?
Press "Copy for AI agent" above and paste the prompt into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or any other coding assistant. The prompt carries the direct CDN URL, the real-world size, the licence and the loading notes, so the assistant can fetch the pack and place it in your project without you writing the loader yourself. For a permanent connection, add the 3DAssets.dev MCP server to your tool with one command (for Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http 3dassets https://3dassets.dev/mcp) and the assistant can then search the whole catalogue, fetch files and read the usage snippets on its own.

MCP server setupGuide for AI agents

How do I get started?
Download the starter scene with the button to get every piece already placed as one .glb, or take individual models from the grid below, each with its own download and CDN URL. The JSON manifest linked above lists every file with its URL and size, which is what an AI agent uses to pull the pack into a project. Connect your agent to the MCP server and it can do all of that by itself.

MCP server setupAPI reference

Which game engines and tools can I use Demolition and Site Clearance with?
Anything that reads glTF, which today means all of the major ones: three.js and React Three Fiber on the web, Godot 4, Unity, Unreal Engine 5, Blender and the model-viewer web component. Every model in the pack is a self-contained binary glTF (.glb) with textures embedded, and so is the starter scene, so each is one file to import and no plugin, converter or decoder to install first.
How do I import this pack into Unity, Godot, Unreal or Blender?
Unity: install the glTFast package (com.unity.cloud.gltfast) from the Package Manager, drop the .glb into Assets and drag the prefab in, or load it at runtime from the CDN URL. Godot 4: copy the file into the project folder and the editor imports it as a scene you can instantiate. Unreal Engine 5: File > Import with the built-in glTF importer, which converts the axes for you. Blender: File > Import > glTF 2.0. Units are metres with +Y up in the file, and every importer above handles the conversion to its own axes automatically.
Can I use Demolition and Site Clearance in a commercial game, and do I need to credit anyone?
Yes to commercial use and no to credit. Every pack on 3DAssets.dev is released under CC0 1.0 Universal, which places it in the public domain: use it in a paid game, an app, a film or a client project, modify it, redistribute it, and put nothing in the credits. A link back is welcome but it is entirely your choice.

CC0 licence text

Can I load it from the CDN instead of downloading it?
Yes. The starter scene, one .glb with every piece placed, has a permanent URL on cdn.3dassets.dev that is CORS-enabled and never changes content, so you can pass it straight to GLTFLoader, glTFast or model-viewer in production and cache it as hard as you like. Downloading is only needed for engines that import from disk.
Do I have to download the whole pack?
No. Every model in the pack is a separate published asset with its own download and CDN URL, so you can take one prop or the entire set. The starter scene is the one-file option for people who want everything placed at once.
Do the models in Demolition and Site Clearance fit together?
That is the point of a pack. The members are built together to one real-world scale with consistent pivots and a shared palette and level of detail, so a building, a vehicle and a prop from the same pack sit correctly in one scene without rescaling or re-texturing.
