Copyright & takedown policy
Last updated 6 September 2026
We respect creators’ rights and act quickly on valid claims. Every asset is reviewed by a person before publication, but review cannot catch everything. If your work has been uploaded without permission, here is how to get it removed.
Send a notice
Use the Report link on the asset page, or email [email protected], with:
- The URL of the asset on 3dassets.dev.
- Where your original work can be seen (a link is ideal).
- Your name, and an email address we can reply to.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, and that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
We normally disable the asset within two working days of a complete notice and tell the contributor why.
Counter-notice
If you are the contributor and believe the removal was a mistake, reply with the asset URL, an explanation, your contact details and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We will forward it to the complainant; if they do not confirm they are pursuing the matter within 14 days, we may restore the asset.
