What is placed
A fenced storage site about 22 m across. A corridor of storage unit modules runs along the west side in three widths, each with a numbered roller shutter and a padlock, one standing open with a customer load of crates and cartons and one open and bare. A stair flight climbs to a railed mezzanine deck over the corridor, with a goods lift landing door below it. East of the corridor the yard opens onto a loading bay dock with a leveller plate and bumpers, a box van backed up to it, and the handling gear a site runs on: hand pallet truck, sack truck, flatbed and platform trolleys, packing bench, stretch wrap stand, pallets and a wrapped pallet of cartons. The entrance has a lifting arm barrier, a keypad post and mesh fence panels, with a site office counter and key cabinet, floodlight masts, CCTV, fire points, a skip and bins filling out the rest.
What moves
Every roller shutter opens and closes, on the units and on the building door. The box van opens its rear doors and rolls its wheels. The entrance barrier lifts, the key cabinet and the goods lift landing door open, the skip and the wheeled bins open their lids, and the trolleys, sack truck and pallet truck roll their wheels. Clips play as you approach.
What does not move, and why
Straps, shrink wrap, cables and chains are static geometry: none of them is reachable with the rigid node transforms this library uses, so they are modelled in place rather than faked. There are no people anywhere on the site, because nothing here is skinned. No real storage company or van manufacturer name appears in the pack.
Every piece here is a published model from the pack, placed by hand. Walk with the keys or touch, and approach a piece to see it move if it has animation. Colliders, navigation and gameplay are yours to add.
