Walk the ground floor of a show home built from the Fitted Kitchen and Bathroom Builder pack: an open-plan kitchen with a tall bank, a full sink and hob run, a dresser and an island, then a tiled family bathroom, an en-suite and a cloakroom.

About

A 12 by 9 metre show-home ground floor from 48 of the pack's 132 models, in the room preset with daylight and lamps under a 3.2 m ceiling.

The west half is an open-plan kitchen-diner. A tall bank of larder, fridge housing, double oven housing and microwave housing stands on the west wall, then the north run: four drawer unit, sink base, dishwasher housing, base units, pan drawers and the hob base under a sink worktop, a 2 m run and a hob worktop, with wall units, a bridging unit over the sink window, a glazed unit, open shelves and the extractor housing above, all trimmed with upstands, a splashback, cornice, plinths and end panels. A broom cupboard and tall open shelving close the run, a dresser of base units and wall units runs down the west wall, the 1800 island with a breakfast bar faces the spawn, and open shelving stacks furnish the dining side.

The east wing is three rooms walled with the pack's own tile panels, four rows high. The family bathroom, in metro tiles, has a single ended bath with its front panel, bath screen and filler tap, an 800 vanity with a mirror cabinet, a close coupled WC, a heated towel rail and a roll holder. The en-suite, in large format tiles, has a quadrant shower enclosure, a wall hung basin, a wall hung WC on a concealed cistern frame with its flush plate, a towel ring and a towel rail. The cloakroom has a back to wall WC on a frame, a wall hung basin, a towel ring and a roll holder.

Doors, drawers, the island, the vanity, the mirror cabinet, the lift up unit, the shower enclosure and the WC seats and lids all carry clips and play as you come within three metres, rewinding when you leave. Worktops, trims, tiles, baths, basins, taps and rails are static, as they are in a real fitted room.

Every piece here is a published model from the pack, placed by hand. Walk with the keys or touch, and approach a piece to see it move if it has animation. Colliders, navigation and gameplay are yours to add.

Points of interest

The island
The 1800 island with a breakfast bar overhang on the dining side and doors and drawers on the working side. Every door and drawer in the pack has an open clip that plays as you come within three metres.

Which game engines and tools can I use Fitted kitchen and bathroom with?

Anything that reads glTF, which today means all of the major ones: three.js and React Three Fiber on the web, Godot 4, Unity, Unreal Engine 5, Blender and the model-viewer web component. Every model in the scene is a self-contained binary glTF (.glb) with textures embedded, so each is one file to import and no plugin, converter or decoder to install first.

How do I import this scene into Unity, Godot, Unreal or Blender?

Unity: install the glTFast package (com.unity.cloud.gltfast) from the Package Manager, drop the .glb into Assets and drag the prefab in, or load it at runtime from the CDN URL. Godot 4: copy the file into the project folder and the editor imports it as a scene you can instantiate. Unreal Engine 5: File > Import with the built-in glTF importer, which converts the axes for you. Blender: File > Import > glTF 2.0. Units are metres with +Y up in the file, and every importer above handles the conversion to its own axes automatically.

Can I use Fitted kitchen and bathroom in a commercial game, and do I need to credit anyone?

Can I load it from the CDN instead of downloading it?

Yes. The pack behind it has a permanent URL on cdn.3dassets.dev that is CORS-enabled and never changes content, so you can pass it straight to GLTFLoader, glTFast or model-viewer in production and cache it as hard as you like. Downloading is only needed for engines that import from disk.

Is the demo itself a file I can download?

No, and it does not need to be. A demo is a layout of the pack's published models composed in your browser from the CDN, so there is no extra file to fetch. Download the pack for the models, and take the layout JSON linked above for the placements: together they are the whole scene, and an AI agent can rebuild it from those two links.

Can I change the scene, or add gameplay to it?

Yes. The layout is plain data in metres, so move, add or remove placements freely in your own engine. Colliders, navigation and gameplay are yours to add: the demo shows what the pack looks like assembled, and your game decides how it plays.
