Rail mounted portal gantry spanning a graving dock: braced A legs on four wheel bogies, twin box girders 14 m up with a walkway, a machinery house and a crab whose hook block hangs between the girders. The crab traverses and the hook hoists.

A built up keel block 1.2 m tall on a 1.4 m concrete base: cross laid oak timbers under a softwood capping piece, with a steel banding strap, for taking a ship's keel on a dock bottom.
Bilge block with sloped cap (Shipyard and Dry Dock)
A bilge block 1.35 m tall with a wedged oak cap set to the turn of the bilge, on a concrete base with a sliding sole plate and a tipping eye, for supporting a hull off its centreline.
