About
Tracked lattice boom crane for yard lifts: twin crawler tracks on a carbody, a slewing upper with counterweight, operator cab and winch drums, and a 14 m lattice boom raked over the front. The upper slews and the hook hoists with it. Overall 4.40 by 13.52 by 11.96 m (X by Y by Z). Metre units, +Y up, the working face toward +Z, resting on y=0. The origin is the centre of the tracks on the ground; it rests on y=0 and the boom rakes toward -Z, so the crane is turned to face the lift. The rubber pads, the boom pendants and the wire rope are modelled solid: a track is a chain of links and rope is a soft body, and neither is reachable with a rigid node transform. Rigid node-transform clips: open, close and slew. No skinning. No collision or navigation data. Original CC0 geometry: no shipyard, shipping line, shipbuilder, class society or equipment maker is named or depicted, no real vessel is reproduced, and every sign, plate and board face is left blank.
