Walkable demo
Summit push
Walk a 64 by 72 metre guided expedition from the Mountaineering and Summit Expedition pack: base camp on moraine, a laddered glacier traverse, fixed rope ridge and a summit cairn.
About
One expedition from 49 of the pack's 50 models, in the outdoor preset with day light.
You start at the base camp gate facing the mess row across moraine tiles: dome, bivouac and assault tents inside stone wind walls, the kitchen and mess tents with camp tables, stools, stove sets, solar panels and supply caches, and porters staging packs, haul bags, rope coils, helmets, boots and oxygen sets. Wand lines lead north to the glacier traverse of six crevasse modules bridged by ladders, with fixed rope anchors, snow bollards, ice screws and a roped team crossing beside serac blocks, the rescue sled and the icefall wall on the west flank.
Past the bergschrund lip the route connector ramp climbs between snow and corniced ridge modules with anchors, wands and bollards all the way, the fixed rope climber ascending while the belayer holds, the lead climber working the rock band step, up to the summit ridge massif with its cairn, the down suit summiteer, spare oxygen, summit packs and the flag line.
Nothing moves: this pack ships without animation clips, so every figure is posed with animate off and the ladders, ropes and sleds rest as placed. The ground is a flat datum and the terrain modules carry their own height, with the ladders set onto the crevasse module tops.
Not placed: the Base camp on moraine starter scene, because the demo hand builds its own base camp from the same tents and gear so the walk reads as one continuous route from camp to summit.
Every piece here is a published model from the pack, placed by hand. Walk with the keys or touch, and approach a piece to see it move if it has animation. Colliders, navigation and gameplay are yours to add.
