About

A modern realistic community sports hall library for building a whole municipal sports centre. The hall is laid from 2 m sprung maple floor panels carrying the court markings, walled in 2 m painted blockwork modules with high window strips and doorways, and roofed in lattice truss bays with light bars. Its equipment covers a roof suspended retractable basketball unit, badminton and volleyball post pairs with their nets, a five a side goal, an indoor cricket net frame, climbing ropes on a roof beam, wall bars, crash padding modules, a scoreboard, mats, a vaulting box, a springboard, a balance beam and form benches. The changing side adds bench runs with coat rails, locker banks, shower cubicles and cubicle doors on one port type, basins and a hand dryer, mirrors, a first aid point, a cleaning trolley and kit bags; reception and the store add the desk, a turnstile, vending, a notice board, a trophy cabinet, the equipment cage, a ball cage, cones and bibs, a chair trolley and folding tables. Six modular systems carry ports and are assembled in the scene: floor panels, wall modules, roof bays, wall padding, bench runs and shower bays. The backboard arm, cubicle, locker, cabinet, vending and cage doors, the turnstile arms, trolley castors, the scoreboard flap and the bin lid are named nodes on their own pivots and ship rigid open, close, spin, roll and tilt clips: node transforms only, no skinning. Nets, ropes, towels, kit bags and running water stay static, because a flexible run is not reachable with a rigid node transform and faking it costs a consumer more than it gives. Every file is self-contained CC0 geometry with no collision or navigation data.

Files load directly from the CDN. Choose the pieces you need. Colliders, navigation and gameplay scripts are supplied by your game.

Common questions

How do I use Community Sports Hall and Changing Rooms with my AI development tools?
Press "Copy for AI agent" above and paste the prompt into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or any other coding assistant. The prompt carries the direct CDN URL, the real-world size, the licence and the loading notes, so the assistant can fetch the pack and place it in your project without you writing the loader yourself. For a permanent connection, add the 3DAssets.dev MCP server to your tool with one command (for Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http 3dassets https://3dassets.dev/mcp) and the assistant can then search the whole catalogue, fetch files and read the usage snippets on its own.

MCP server setupGuide for AI agents

How do I get started?
Download the starter scene with the button to get every piece already placed as one .glb, or take individual models from the grid below, each with its own download and CDN URL. The JSON manifest linked above lists every file with its URL and size, which is what an AI agent uses to pull the pack into a project. Connect your agent to the MCP server and it can do all of that by itself.

MCP server setupAPI reference

Which game engines and tools can I use Community Sports Hall and Changing Rooms with?
Anything that reads glTF, which today means all of the major ones: three.js and React Three Fiber on the web, Godot 4, Unity, Unreal Engine 5, Blender and the model-viewer web component. Every model in the pack is a self-contained binary glTF (.glb) with textures embedded, and so is the starter scene, so each is one file to import and no plugin, converter or decoder to install first.
How do I import this pack into Unity, Godot, Unreal or Blender?
Unity: install the glTFast package (com.unity.cloud.gltfast) from the Package Manager, drop the .glb into Assets and drag the prefab in, or load it at runtime from the CDN URL. Godot 4: copy the file into the project folder and the editor imports it as a scene you can instantiate. Unreal Engine 5: File > Import with the built-in glTF importer, which converts the axes for you. Blender: File > Import > glTF 2.0. Units are metres with +Y up in the file, and every importer above handles the conversion to its own axes automatically.
Can I use Community Sports Hall and Changing Rooms in a commercial game, and do I need to credit anyone?
Yes to commercial use and no to credit. Every pack on 3DAssets.dev is released under CC0 1.0 Universal, which places it in the public domain: use it in a paid game, an app, a film or a client project, modify it, redistribute it, and put nothing in the credits. A link back is welcome but it is entirely your choice.

CC0 licence text

Can I load it from the CDN instead of downloading it?
Yes. The starter scene, one .glb with every piece placed, has a permanent URL on cdn.3dassets.dev that is CORS-enabled and never changes content, so you can pass it straight to GLTFLoader, glTFast or model-viewer in production and cache it as hard as you like. Downloading is only needed for engines that import from disk.
Do I have to download the whole pack?
No. Every model in the pack is a separate published asset with its own download and CDN URL, so you can take one prop or the entire set. The starter scene is the one-file option for people who want everything placed at once.
Do the models in Community Sports Hall and Changing Rooms fit together?
That is the point of a pack. The members are built together to one real-world scale with consistent pivots and a shared palette and level of detail, so a building, a vehicle and a prop from the same pack sit correctly in one scene without rescaling or re-texturing.

A 2 m sprung maple sports hall floor panel, 34 mm deep, with the board joints picked out and two court lines painted edge to edge: a red line across it and a yellow line up it. Panels tile on a 2 m grid, so a hall of any size is laid by repeating them.

Sprung Sports Hall Floor Panel, Unmarked (Community Sports Hall and Changing Rooms)

The same sprung maple floor panel with no court lines on it, for the run-off round a marked court, a hall laid out for a different sport or the strip under the wall bars.
