A modern realistic university teaching building interior for lecture theatres, seminar rooms, teaching laboratories, corridors and student break-out spaces. Wall and door modules run on a 1.2 m by 2.8 m grid with wall-left and wall-right connectors; lecture tiers are 1.2 m deep with a 450 mm rise and tile along X on row-left and row-right and up the rake on tier-front and tier-back; lab benches are a 2.4 m module at 900 mm on bench-left and bench-right; floor tiles are 2.4 m square. Tip-up seat bases, teaching room doors, locker and cupboard leaves, the vending front, the fume cupboard sash, bin lids and the flip top are named nodes pivoted on their real hinge or slide axes, each shipping a rigid open and close clip, and the mobile whiteboard and equipment trolley castors ship a roll clip: node transforms only, no skinning. What deliberately does not move: the projection screen fabric, because a rolling screen is a deforming surface; the drinking fountain, eyewash and safety shower, because the movement there is water; the lectern and desk cabling, which is modelled as closed trunking; and the microscope turret, whose detent is too small to read. Every file is self-contained CC0 geometry with no collision or navigation data.
