The hire fleet is stored on a ported 3 m heavy duty racking bay, loaded or empty, and runs to a cordless tool case stack, a breaker and rotary drill rack, a petrol disc cutter, a floor sander, a wallpaper steam stripper, a petrol pressure washer, a portable generator, a 110 V site transformer with festoon lights, a building dehumidifier, a carpet cleaner, an extension lead drum, a ladder rack of step, extension and trestle ladders, an alloy scaffold tower section that stacks, a wheelbarrow and a towable cement mixer. The yard adds a rubber tracked mini excavator, a front tip site dumper, a counterbalance forklift, a plate compactor, a trench rammer, a floor saw, a towable lighting tower, a plant trailer, a bunded fuel bowser and a bundle of adjustable props. The wash and test bay brings a portal wash frame with a jet washer, a channel drain ground tile, a PAT test bench, a fitter's repair bench with a vice and drawers, a parts bin wall and an oil and grease shelf, and the site is completed by clad wall modules, a roller shutter door, a staff door, mesh fence panels and a gate, a floodlight mast, a yard bin, a site office cabin and marked plant bay and yard ground tiles, all on one 3 m grid with real connector ports. Named pivoted nodes carry rigid node-transform clips only: the roller shutter lifts, the staff, cabin and gate doors swing, the excavator boom raises with its bucket parented to it so the two travel together, the dumper skip tips, the forklift forks raise, the trailer ramp drops, the bin and case lids lift, the till and bench drawers slide, the mixer drum, sander drum, cutter and saw blades and the hose and lead reels turn, and the wheels roll on every machine that has them. Hydraulic rams beyond the driven node, lift chains, drive belts, hoses, cables, the rubber tracks and the festoon string are modelled solid and never move, because none of them is reachable with one rigid node transform. No tool, plant or hire company names, badges or artwork anywhere: every livery is invented and every plate and label is blank.
