What is placed
A depot shed opening onto a fenced plant yard. Inside the shed: a trade counter run with tills, the rate board, a tagged collection rack, consumables and PPE walls, loaded and empty hire racking bays, a ladder rack, and a floor of small plant, sanders, mixers, washers, generators and transformers. The back of the shed is the returns end: a drained wash bay with a jet washer, a PAT test bench and a repair bench with a vice. Outside, the yard holds the heavy kit on marked bays, a site office cabin by the gate, a fuel bowser, a plant trailer and floodlight masts, with a forecourt of kit staged for collection.
What moves
Walk up to a machine and it runs. The mini excavator raises its boom and curls its bucket, the site dumper tips its skip, the forklift lifts its forks, the roller shutter and the yard gate open, the cement mixer turns its drum, the pressure washer, floor saw and disc cutter spin, the sander turns its drum, the lead drum reels, the fuel bowser turns its pump, and cases, cabins, bins and benches open and close.
What does not move, and why
Hydraulic rams beyond the one driven node, cables, chains and hoses are static geometry: none of them is reachable with the rigid node transforms this library uses. There are no staff and no customers, because nothing here is skinned. All plant liveries are invented, and no real tool, plant or hire company is named.
