About

Everything needed to build a narrow modern Japanese back alley and trade out of both sides of it. The street itself is modular: 4 m tarmac floor slabs on four ports, kerb and gully sections, 4 m rendered wall bays, first floor bays plain or with a balcony and a drying rail, and parapet roof caps, all stacking on one storey datum so a two sided alley closes by construction. Two shopfronts sit in that run. The ramen shop is a counter shop with no dining room: an open 3.4 m bay under a three panel noren, a 2 m ported counter module, fixed stools, a four burner broth range with its stock pots, a noodle boiling well whose basket lifts out, a basket rack, a pass shelf, a prep bench with a drawer and a chopping board, a chest fridge with a lifting lid, a crockery rack of stacked bowls, a meal ticket machine with a blank key panel, a stainless canopy hood and the bowls, gyoza plates and caddies left on the counter. The izakaya opposite has a timber lattice frontage with a sliding leaf, a standing bar with a foot rail, a charcoal skewer grill, low tables, floor cushions, crate seats, a beer tap tower, glasses, a sake and tokkuri service, a keg stack, bottle and beer crates and an iced bottle bin. Around them is the alley: round and cylindrical paper lanterns and an 8 m ported lantern wire run, hanging signboards, a menu easel, an A frame, drinks, hot can and cigarette vending machines, a noodle delivery bicycle and a rack, waste bins, sorted bags, a mop bucket, a folding chair, traffic cone, potted plants, a puddle plate, an external stair, an extract duct run, a wall fan, a condenser, a meter box and a utility pole with a 12 m cable span. Clips are rigid node transforms only: the shutter runs up its guides, the lattice leaf slides, bin and fridge lids open and close, the prep drawer runs out, the noodle basket lifts out of the well, vending flaps swing up, extract and condenser fans spin and the delivery bicycle rolls. The noren, the overhead cables, the drying laundry, the refuse bags, the charcoal, the broth and the steam are modelled solid and stated static, because flexible and fluid material needs a joint per element that one rigid node cannot give; the folding chair and the A frame do not fold for the same reason, and there are no people, because the pack has no skinned meshes. Nothing here carries a real mark: every sign face, noren, lantern, can, bottle, keg, crate, shutter and machine front is blank or dressed with invented abstract shapes, there is no lettering in any script, and no colourway copies a real product. Original AI-generated CC0 geometry, prepared for human review. No physics, gameplay, colliders, navigation or embedded lights.

Common questions

How do I use Izakaya Alley and Ramen Shop with my AI development tools?
Press "Copy for AI agent" above and paste the prompt into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or any other coding assistant. The prompt carries the direct CDN URL, the real-world size, the licence and the loading notes, so the assistant can fetch the pack and place it in your project without you writing the loader yourself. For a permanent connection, add the 3DAssets.dev MCP server to your tool with one command (for Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http 3dassets https://3dassets.dev/mcp) and the assistant can then search the whole catalogue, fetch files and read the usage snippets on its own.

MCP server setupGuide for AI agents

How do I get started?
Download the starter scene with the button to get every piece already placed as one .glb, or take individual models from the grid below, each with its own download and CDN URL. The JSON manifest linked above lists every file with its URL and size, which is what an AI agent uses to pull the pack into a project. Connect your agent to the MCP server and it can do all of that by itself.

MCP server setupAPI reference

Which game engines and tools can I use Izakaya Alley and Ramen Shop with?
Anything that reads glTF, which today means all of the major ones: three.js and React Three Fiber on the web, Godot 4, Unity, Unreal Engine 5, Blender and the model-viewer web component. Every model in the pack is a self-contained binary glTF (.glb) with textures embedded, and so is the starter scene, so each is one file to import and no plugin, converter or decoder to install first.
How do I import this pack into Unity, Godot, Unreal or Blender?
Unity: install the glTFast package (com.unity.cloud.gltfast) from the Package Manager, drop the .glb into Assets and drag the prefab in, or load it at runtime from the CDN URL. Godot 4: copy the file into the project folder and the editor imports it as a scene you can instantiate. Unreal Engine 5: File > Import with the built-in glTF importer, which converts the axes for you. Blender: File > Import > glTF 2.0. Units are metres with +Y up in the file, and every importer above handles the conversion to its own axes automatically.
Can I use Izakaya Alley and Ramen Shop in a commercial game, and do I need to credit anyone?
Yes to commercial use and no to credit. Every pack on 3DAssets.dev is released under CC0 1.0 Universal, which places it in the public domain: use it in a paid game, an app, a film or a client project, modify it, redistribute it, and put nothing in the credits. A link back is welcome but it is entirely your choice.

CC0 licence text

Can I load it from the CDN instead of downloading it?
Yes. The starter scene, one .glb with every piece placed, has a permanent URL on cdn.3dassets.dev that is CORS-enabled and never changes content, so you can pass it straight to GLTFLoader, glTFast or model-viewer in production and cache it as hard as you like. Downloading is only needed for engines that import from disk.
Do I have to download the whole pack?
No. Every model in the pack is a separate published asset with its own download and CDN URL, so you can take one prop or the entire set. The starter scene is the one-file option for people who want everything placed at once.
Do the models in Izakaya Alley and Ramen Shop fit together?
That is the point of a pack. The members are built together to one real-world scale with consistent pivots and a shared palette and level of detail, so a building, a vehicle and a prop from the same pack sit correctly in one scene without rescaling or re-texturing.
