About

A modern realistic library for building a whole municipal swimming baths. The tank is laid from 2 m floor tiles carrying lane lines and targets, walled in tiled 2 m sections two metres deep, rimmed with scum channel pieces and filled with still water surface panels; the poolside is deck tiles with drainage and depth markers, and the same grid runs on as the changing village floor. Round the tank go strung lane ropes and a reel to wind them on, starting blocks, backstroke flag lines, ladders, a tiled shallow end stair, a low diving board, handrails, lifeguard high and low chairs, a rescue tube and reaching pole rack, a first aid station with a defibrillator, benches, a kickboard trolley, a lane marker board, a pace clock, a hose reel, planters, wet floor signs and a pool cover reel. The changing village adds cubicle modules and a wide family cubicle on one bay port, locker banks, benches with coat rails, shower posts, a drying area, hairdryer points, a basin and mirror run, a footbath channel and the housekeeping. Front of house adds the reception desk, a turnstile, vending, a trophy cabinet, a notice board, a bin, a fire point and viewing gallery tiers with their glazed rail. Water is a flat translucent plane at a fixed level and nothing else: this library has no water simulation, so ripples, refraction, splashes, caustics and swimmers are for the consumer to add. Cubicle, locker, cabinet and vending leaves, the turnstile arms, the lane rope, cover and hose drums, the trolley castors, the pace clock hand, the diving board at its fulcrum and the bin lid are named nodes on their own pivots and ship rigid open, close, spin, roll and tilt clips: node transforms only, no skinning. The water, the strung lane ropes, the backstroke pennants, the towels and the run out lengths of hose and cover stay static, because a flexible run is not reachable with a rigid node transform and faking it costs a consumer more than it gives. Every file is self-contained CC0 geometry with no collision or navigation data.

Files load directly from the CDN. Choose the pieces you need. Colliders, navigation and gameplay scripts are supplied by your game.

Common questions

How do I use Public Swimming Baths and Poolside with my AI development tools?
Press "Copy for AI agent" above and paste the prompt into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or any other coding assistant. The prompt carries the direct CDN URL, the real-world size, the licence and the loading notes, so the assistant can fetch the pack and place it in your project without you writing the loader yourself. For a permanent connection, add the 3DAssets.dev MCP server to your tool with one command (for Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http 3dassets https://3dassets.dev/mcp) and the assistant can then search the whole catalogue, fetch files and read the usage snippets on its own.

MCP server setupGuide for AI agents

How do I get started?
Download the starter scene with the button to get every piece already placed as one .glb, or take individual models from the grid below, each with its own download and CDN URL. The JSON manifest linked above lists every file with its URL and size, which is what an AI agent uses to pull the pack into a project. Connect your agent to the MCP server and it can do all of that by itself.

MCP server setupAPI reference

Which game engines and tools can I use Public Swimming Baths and Poolside with?
Anything that reads glTF, which today means all of the major ones: three.js and React Three Fiber on the web, Godot 4, Unity, Unreal Engine 5, Blender and the model-viewer web component. Every model in the pack is a self-contained binary glTF (.glb) with textures embedded, and so is the starter scene, so each is one file to import and no plugin, converter or decoder to install first.
How do I import this pack into Unity, Godot, Unreal or Blender?
Unity: install the glTFast package (com.unity.cloud.gltfast) from the Package Manager, drop the .glb into Assets and drag the prefab in, or load it at runtime from the CDN URL. Godot 4: copy the file into the project folder and the editor imports it as a scene you can instantiate. Unreal Engine 5: File > Import with the built-in glTF importer, which converts the axes for you. Blender: File > Import > glTF 2.0. Units are metres with +Y up in the file, and every importer above handles the conversion to its own axes automatically.
Can I use Public Swimming Baths and Poolside in a commercial game, and do I need to credit anyone?
Yes to commercial use and no to credit. Every pack on 3DAssets.dev is released under CC0 1.0 Universal, which places it in the public domain: use it in a paid game, an app, a film or a client project, modify it, redistribute it, and put nothing in the credits. A link back is welcome but it is entirely your choice.

CC0 licence text

Can I load it from the CDN instead of downloading it?
Yes. The starter scene, one .glb with every piece placed, has a permanent URL on cdn.3dassets.dev that is CORS-enabled and never changes content, so you can pass it straight to GLTFLoader, glTFast or model-viewer in production and cache it as hard as you like. Downloading is only needed for engines that import from disk.
Do I have to download the whole pack?
No. Every model in the pack is a separate published asset with its own download and CDN URL, so you can take one prop or the entire set. The starter scene is the one-file option for people who want everything placed at once.
Do the models in Public Swimming Baths and Poolside fit together?
That is the point of a pack. The members are built together to one real-world scale with consistent pivots and a shared palette and level of detail, so a building, a vehicle and a prop from the same pack sit correctly in one scene without rescaling or re-texturing.

Pool Tank Wall Section (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

Pool Tank Wall Section (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

A 2 m tank wall section for a 2 m deep pool tank: a concrete section faced in pale ceramic tiles with blue courses at the water line and the foot, a coved skirting at the tank floor, an inlet grille and two lane rope anchor sockets.

@3dassets634 tris
Pool Tank Floor Tile (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

Pool Tank Floor Tile (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

A 2 m tank floor tile: a slip resistant grey base laid with twenty five pale ceramic tiles and a scatter of white ones, for tiling the bottom of a pool tank. It carries floor ports on all four edges so a tank of any length repeats from it.

@3dassets396 tris
Pool Tank Floor Tile with Lane Line (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

Pool Tank Floor Tile with Lane Line (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

The same 2 m tank floor tile with a dark lane line painted down the middle of it, which is what runs the length of every swimming lane. Same ports, so a lane line tiles into a plain floor.

@3dassets408 tris
Pool Tank Floor Tile with Lane Target (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

Pool Tank Floor Tile with Lane Target (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

The same 2 m tank floor tile carrying the cross bar that ends a lane line, the mark a swimmer reads as the wall coming up. Same ports as the plain and lined tiles.

@3dassets420 tris
Still Pool Water Surface Panel (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

Still Pool Water Surface Panel (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

A 2 m square still water surface panel: a flat translucent blue slab, 30 mm thick, that tiles across a pool tank at whatever level the scene sets. This library has no water simulation: the surface is static geometry, and ripples, splashes and swimmers are for the consumer to add.

@3dassets64 tris
Poolside Deck Tile (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

Poolside Deck Tile (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

A 2 m poolside deck tile: a slip resistant grey base laid with sixteen pale non slip ceramic tiles and a scatter of white ones. It carries deck ports on all four edges, so a surround, a wet corridor and a changing room floor all tile off the same grid.

Poolside Deck Tile with Depth Marker (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

Poolside Deck Tile with Depth Marker (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

The same 2 m deck tile with a blue depth marker panel inlaid at the pool edge and a yellow warning band behind it. The figures are abstract raised bars rather than readable numerals, so the tile suits any depth a scene gives it.

Baths Wall Module with Doorway (Public Swimming Baths and Poolside)

The same 2 m wall module with a 1.2 m by 2.2 m doorway through it, framed in white jambs and a head, which is how a swimmer passes from the changing village onto the poolside. It carries the same wall ports, so it drops into a run of solid modules. The opening has no door leaf.

A low poolside diving board: a 3 m white plank with a blue non slip strip and a yellow tip band, on a chrome fulcrum roller over a braced stand and a cast socket plate. A real board flexes along its length, which one rigid node cannot do, so the plank tips at its fulcrum instead.
