A realistic modern dry cleaners and tailor's alteration shop in metre units. The shop front is built from a 1.2 m service counter module with a till, a customer display, a card reader and a cash drawer, a drop off variant with a bagging hoop and blank job tickets, and a 1.6 m garment conveyor rail unit whose posts, head channel, carrier hooks and chain drive wheel repeat into as long a run as a shop needs, all on 1.5 m wall and floor modules with a half glazed door module. It is dressed with a collection ticket rack, a window display rail, a blank tariff board, benches, counter side shelving of detergents, an umbrella stand and a potted shrub. The plant behind the partition adds the solvent machine with its hinged round door, drum and filter tower, a washer extractor, a tumble dryer, a lagged steam boiler, a bunded solvent drum bay, garment and lint trolleys on castors, a sorting bin bank, a spotting board with its gun and chemicals, a platform scale, stacked bagged work, the pressing station with its vacuum buck and press head, a shirt press, a trouser topper and a modular lagged steam main. The alterations workroom adds a sewing table and an overlocker, a 2.2 m cutting table with a steel rule and real shears, two sizes of tailor's dummy, a fabric bolt shelf, a thread and bobbin rack, a notions drawer unit, a pattern hook rail, an ironing board with an iron, a stool, a work in progress rail, an offcut bin and a pin cushion tray. Doors, drums, press heads, the conveyor drive wheel, the balance wheel, drawers, bin lids and trolley castors ship rigid node transform clips. Garment cloth, the polythene covers, steam, hoses, thread, tape and pinned work are deliberately static: a flexible or draped body is not reachable with one rigid node transform. No real shop, chain, machine maker or trade dress appears; every ticket, tariff strip and label is blank. CC0 geometry prepared for human review.

Which game engines and tools can I use Dry Cleaners and Alterations Shop with?

Anything that reads glTF, which today means all of the major ones: three.js and React Three Fiber on the web, Godot 4, Unity, Unreal Engine 5, Blender and the model-viewer web component. Every model in the pack is a self-contained binary glTF (.glb) with textures embedded, and so is the starter scene, so each is one file to import and no plugin, converter or decoder to install first.

How do I import this pack into Unity, Godot, Unreal or Blender?

Unity: install the glTFast package (com.unity.cloud.gltfast) from the Package Manager, drop the .glb into Assets and drag the prefab in, or load it at runtime from the CDN URL. Godot 4: copy the file into the project folder and the editor imports it as a scene you can instantiate. Unreal Engine 5: File > Import with the built-in glTF importer, which converts the axes for you. Blender: File > Import > glTF 2.0. Units are metres with +Y up in the file, and every importer above handles the conversion to its own axes automatically.

Can I use Dry Cleaners and Alterations Shop in a commercial game, and do I need to credit anyone?

Yes to commercial use and no to credit. Yes. The starter scene, one .glb with every piece placed, has a permanent URL on cdn.3dassets.dev that is CORS-enabled and never changes content, so you can pass it straight to GLTFLoader, glTFast or model-viewer in production and cache it as hard as you like. Downloading is only needed for engines that import from disk.

Do I have to download the whole pack?

No. Every model in the pack is a separate published asset with its own download and CDN URL, so you can take one prop or the entire set. The starter scene is the one-file option for people who want everything placed at once.

Do the models in Dry Cleaners and Alterations Shop fit together?
