Walkable demo
Parcel Depot and Sorting Hall
Walk a working parcel depot: a belt line under a scanner arch, weigh and label stations, diverters dropping into sorting chutes, cages and pallets down the aisles, and two dock bays with vans and a lorry trailer.
About
What is placed
A sorting hall about 16 by 20 metres, laid on the pack's own floor and walkway tiles and closed in with wall modules. The belt line runs the length of it: an incline feed, powered straights, a scanner arch, a weigh and dimension station, two diverter arms and a curve into the gravity rollers. Sorting chutes, bag frames and post bags line the east side, with parcel cages, roll cages, tray racks, pallets and parcel stacks filling the aisles. Two roller shutter doors open onto a dock with leveller plates, bumpers, a shelter frame and bay signs, a delivery van at each bay and a box lorry trailer out in the yard. A mezzanine deck carries the supervisor desk over the north end, and the east side holds the check in counter, lockers, canteen run, vending machine and first aid point.
What moves
Conveyor rollers spin on the powered, incline, gravity and diverter sections, and the diverter arm swings across the belt. The label applicator tilts. The delivery vans open their side and rear doors, the lorry trailer opens, the forklift raises its forks and lifts its hood, and wheels roll on the vans, the roll cages, the pallet trucks and the forklift. The roller shutter, the locker bank and the vending machine open and close, and the wall extractor fans spin.
What does not move, and why
The belt surfaces themselves do not run. Every clip in this library is a rigid node transform, so a looping belt is out of reach, and so are straps, cables and chains. There are no staff and no drivers, because nothing here is skinned. Every livery is invented: no real courier company or van manufacturer is named anywhere in the pack.
Every piece here is a published model from the pack, placed by hand. Walk with the keys or touch, and approach a piece to see it move if it has animation. Colliders, navigation and gameplay are yours to add.
Points of interest
The sorting line
Parcels ride the powered belt under the scanner arch, which reads every label as it passes. Rollers turn on the powered, incline and gravity sections alike.
Parcel scanner arch over a belt (Parcel Depot and Sorting Hall)Weigh, measure, label
The weigh and dimension station prices each parcel by size and mass. The applicator beside it prints the routing label and tilts to slap it on.

Two diverter arms push parcels off the belt into the sorting chutes, which drop them into the bag frames and post bags waiting underneath.

Sorted work is built into parcel cages and roll cages here, with tray racks, pallets and stacks of boxes filling the aisle between rounds.

Two bays with leveller plates, bumpers and a shelter frame. A van stands in the near bay with its doors open, and a box lorry trailer waits out in the yard.

Models in this demo
Sorting hall floor tile, 4 m (Parcel Depot and Sorting Hall)

Marked walkway floor tile, 4 m (Parcel Depot and Sorting Hall)
The same 4 m floor module painted as a pedestrian walkway: a yellow hatched band 1.2 m wide down the middle, a blue walking route square at one end and the same four edge ports, for routing people clear of the forklift lanes.

Ribbed grey cladding wall 4 m wide, 3.6 m tall and 160 mm thick on a concrete plinth, with a charcoal capping rail, a blue wayfinding band at 2.2 m and side ports on the centre line so a hall encloses itself.
Roller shutter door module, open (Parcel Depot and Sorting Hall)
The same 4 m door bay with the curtain coiled on its barrel in the hood and the opening clear, for a dock a vehicle is backed onto. Identical cladding, guides, impact posts and wall ports.
Incline belt conveyor, 1.5 m rise (Parcel Depot and Sorting Hall)
Cleated incline conveyor climbing 1.5 m over a 3 m run at 26.6 degrees, feeding a sorting line from a lower infeed. Grey frame, charcoal cleats across the belt, adjustable legs and a turning drum at each end.

Straight powered parcel conveyor module 2 m long and 0.9 m wide with its belt top at 0.76 m: a grey frame on charcoal legs with levelling feet, galvanised side guides and a turning drum at each end. Ports at both ends so a line repeats.
Parcel scanner arch over a belt (Parcel Depot and Sorting Hall)
Reading tunnel over a powered 2 m belt module: a blue portal 2.1 m tall carrying a six sided camera head, lit reading strips down both jambs, a cable tray along the top and a status screen on a bracket, ported as a standard line module.
Weigh and dimension station (Parcel Depot and Sorting Hall)
In line weighing and cubing station on a 2 m belt module: a recessed weigh deck on four load cells, a slim light curtain gantry reading the parcel's height and width, and a pedestal display facing the operator.
Diverter arm conveyor unit (Parcel Depot and Sorting Hall)
Powered 2 m belt module with a pivoting diverter arm over it: a grey drive head on the side guide, a yellow banded paddle that sweeps parcels across the belt, and a side port at 0.76 m so a sorting chute lands under the discharge.
Powered belt conveyor, 90 degree curve (Parcel Depot and Sorting Hall)
Quarter turn belt module on a 1 m centre line radius, turning a sorting line 90 degrees to the left. It enters running toward -Z and leaves running toward -X, on the same 0.76 m belt height and the same end ports as the straights.
