About

The post is banded every 0.25 m in alternating red and bone so a height can be read straight off it, and the gold plate at its top sits at exactly 1.75 m, the adult standing height this library uses. A chevron and a four-point star hover above the plate as one marker node. This is a review and scale aid rather than a collectible, and is the only asset in the pack that is not something a player picks up. Bounding size 0.57 by 2.07 by 0.48 m; metres, +Y up, +Z forward. Origin: ground contact at y=0, centred on the footprint, because a scale post is driven into the ground and stands on its own foot. Clips: bob (2.4 s). Rigid node animation only: named nodes with translation, rotation and scale clips, no skinned rig and no skeleton. No collision volumes and no navigation data. Opaque materials throughout; the pack uses no alpha blending and no transmission.
