Primeval Frontier: Walk the Dinosaur Valley
Walk a dinosaur valley: a nest colony, fern forest, lagoon with spinosaurs, sauropod flats, predator ridge and fossil ravine from 50 pack designs.
About
Walk a Cretaceous valley on a 60 by 54 metre plot: an arch gate, a nesting colony on a forest mound, a fern forest with browsing iguanodons, a lagoon crossing with spinosaurus and baryonyx working the shores, sauropod flats with brachiosaurus and diplodocus, a predator ridge with four theropods, and a fossil ravine under a columnar basalt wall. Built from 50 of the pack’s 54 designs in over 200 placements, ground sunk so slabs read as terrain and tracks pressed along the trail. Nothing in the pack ships animation clips, so the valley reads as a still hour: every placement uses the default proximity trigger and there is nothing to stage always or off. What is not placed and why: the four composed scenes (River Hunters, Herbivore Migration, Feathered Nesting Colony, Fossil Ravine) are complete 16 to 17 metre dioramas; placing them would show the same designs twice and swallow the valley, so the demo builds its own river, herd, colony and ravine from the members instead.
Every piece here is a published model from the pack, placed by hand. Walk with the keys or touch, and approach a piece to see it move if it has animation. Colliders, navigation and gameplay are yours to add.
Points of interest
Gate of the Arch
Step under the weathered arch onto the valley trail. Ahead the lagoon glints, and beyond it the sauropod flats with the volcanic cone behind.
Weathered Stone Arch (Primeval Frontier: Dinosaur Worlds)Nesting Ground
A six-egg clutch ringed by fiddleheads while an oviraptor circles the mound. Hatching eggs and broken shells mark the fresh end of the colony.
Six-Egg Nest Clutch (Primeval Frontier: Dinosaur Worlds)Fern Forest
Arching tree ferns, crooked trunks, cycads and ginkgos crowd the west mound. Iguanodons browse the edge where the forest meets the trail.
Tree Fern: Arching Canopy (Primeval Frontier: Dinosaur Worlds)Lagoon Hunters
Wade the shallow lagoon crossing. A spinosaurus works the west shore and a baryonyx the east while dilophosaurs patrol the shallows.
Spinosaurus (Primeval Frontier: Dinosaur Worlds)Horned Herd
Styracosaurus and parasaurolophus hold the middle ground between the water and the flats, with the first long necks rising behind them.
Styracosaurus (Primeval Frontier: Dinosaur Worlds)Sauropod Flats
A brachiosaurus and a full length diplodocus graze the open flats, flanked by stegosaurs, an ankylosaur and the horned herd.
Brachiosaurus (Primeval Frontier: Dinosaur Worlds)Predator Ridge
Tyrannosaurus, allosaurus, carnotaurus and ceratosaurus watch the herds from the basalt ridge to the east. Keep to the trail here.
Tyrannosaurus rex (Primeval Frontier: Dinosaur Worlds)Fossil Ravine
The trail ends at a dig floor under columnar basalt: an exposed ribcage, a theropod skull and track patches pressed into the scree.
