A full property built only from this pack: a clapboard house with porch and shingled roof, furnished living room, kitchen and diner, seance bedroom, tiled bathroom, utility corner, two investigation vans on the street and a grave garden out back.

What moves: the three tripod cameras run on arrival. Doors, cupboards, drawers, the fridge, the oven, the attic hatch and the music box open as you approach them.

What is static and why: both vans, the cooler, the laptop, the fuse box, the medicine cabinet, the pulled drawer and the tipped chair are posed open and stay put, so their staged state reads as found evidence. Stairs, landings and hatches are scenery: there is no level change, so the walk stays on the ground floor and the description says so.

What is not placed and why: the investigation house cutaway, the hallway equipment layout and the van mobile base are composite dioramas that duplicate member models, so placing them would double everything. The cutaway road and kerb is a tall display plinth rather than a street, so the vans park on the ground. The five-arm chandelier needs a ceiling mount and models may not float, so it is left out.

Which game engines and tools can I use Night Stakeout at the Haunted House with?
