About
A 21 m two masted merchant brig on a lofted oak hull with wales, plank runs and a painted boot topping, carrying a planked deck, quarterdeck, ship's wheel, capstan, main hatch, ten gun ports, bowsprit and furled square sails. Dimensions 9.20 by 16.79 by 25.73 m (X by Y by Z). Metre units, +Y up, +Z forward, origin on the footprint at ground or waterline level. Animated pivot nodes: wheel at (0.00, 4.62, -5.15) m; hatch at (0.00, 3.24, -0.50) m; capstan at (0.00, 3.02, 3.40) m. Origin on the keel amidships, bow toward +Z, resting at y=0. Yards, tops and the bowsprit are modelled in place. The standing and running rigging is static: shrouds, ratlines, stays and the furled sails are linkages a rigid node transform cannot carry honestly, so they are modelled solid and never move. Harbour palette: salt bleached oak, tarred pine, weathered stone, canvas, hemp, iron, brass and the red and green of a painted hull. Rigid node-transform clips: open, close and spin. No skinning. No collision or navigation data.
