Barrel Rack Low (Vineyard and Winery)
Two high steel barrel rack 1.34 x 1.1 m holding two 225 litre oak barrels on angled cradle rails, with four corner posts and a foot brace. Stacks with the tall rack.
Oak Barrel (Vineyard and Winery)
A 225 litre oak barrel lying on two chocks: bulged staves in five drums, four riveted hoops, a bung in the top of the belly. 0.95 m long and 0.68 m across the belly.
Fermentation Tank Large (Vineyard and Winery)
Stainless fermentation tank 1.9 m across and 4.5 m tall on four legs: the larger of the pair, with the same conical base, weld bands, lifting top hatch, hinged man door, racking valve and blank sight glass scale.
Fermentation Tank Small (Vineyard and Winery)
Stainless fermentation tank 1.24 m across and 3.1 m tall on four legs, with a conical drain base, three weld bands, a domed top with a lifting hatch, a hinged man door, a racking valve and a sight glass with a blank tick scale.
Screw Press (Vineyard and Winery)
Heavy timber screw press 1.8 x 1.3 m and 2.4 m tall: a grooved draining bed with a lip, two uprights carrying a head beam, a turned wooden screw with a cross handle, a stacked cheese of pomace and a plate that presses down on it.
Basket Press (Vineyard and Winery)
Traditional round basket press 1.55 m across and 1.9 m tall: a cast drain base, twenty eight slatted staves in three hoops, a twin post yoke, a threaded central screw with a handwheel, and a pressing plate that travels down the basket.
Destemmer (Vineyard and Winery)
Stainless destemmer 1.5 m long on a four leg frame: a flared receiving hopper over a perforated drum with beater pegs that turns on its shaft, a collection trough beneath and a motor housing at one end. The must outlet is capped; no fluid.
Sorting Table (Vineyard and Winery)
Stainless sorting table 2.4 x 0.9 m on adjustable feet, with a perforated draining deck inside a raised lip, a lower rail and a waste tray on runners under the middle that pulls out. The fruit on the deck is static.
Vineyard Work Bench (Vineyard and Winery)
Two metre timber work bench with a five board top, a lower shelf, a bench vice, a rail of six hanging tool pegs and a chest at one end whose lid lifts on its back edge.
Secateurs (Vineyard and Winery)
Pair of pruning secateurs 215 mm long: a straight cutting blade and a hooked counter blade on a bolted pivot, two shanks running into moulded grips and the return spring between them. Held closed; the blades are static.
Picking Crate (Vineyard and Winery)
Stackable timber picking crate 620 x 420 x 375 mm with a slatted drainage floor, rope grip cutouts on the ends and corner lugs that locate the crate above it. Empty.
Harvest Basket (Vineyard and Winery)
Woven picking basket 490 mm across and 360 mm deep: twenty tapering staves, three weave bands, a solid floor, a rim hoop with two grip lugs and a static load of fruit.
Harvest Bin (Vineyard and Winery)
Half tonne timber harvest bin 1.2 x 1.0 x 0.94 m on forklift feet, banded with two steel straps and filled level with fruit. Open topped; the load is static geometry.
Crate Trailer (Vineyard and Winery)
Single axle vineyard trailer 1.5 x 2.8 m loaded with sixteen picking crates of fruit in two courses, with timber side boards, a drop tailgate, a drawbar ring at the front and two rolling wheels.
Vineyard Tractor (Vineyard and Winery)
Narrow bodied vineyard tractor 1.7 m wide overall, built to pass between rows at 2.5 m spacing: open platform, seat, roll bar, exhaust stack, rear three point linkage, a lifting bonnet over a louvred grille and four rolling wheels.
Pergola With Vine (Vineyard and Winery)
Four by three metre timber pergola on stone pads, seven rafters over two beams, with a trained vine up one leg and a canopy laid across the top. The vine wood, leaves and bunches are static geometry.
Courtyard Well (Vineyard and Winery)
Stone courtyard well 1.5 m across with a coursed round shaft, proud face stones, a flat coping, timber posts and a pantiled cap, and a windlass of drum, crank and hanging bucket that winds as one rigid node.
Lavender Row (Vineyard and Winery)
Three metre row of nine clipped lavender bushes on a worked earth strip, each carrying seven flower spikes above the mound. The planting that edges a Mediterranean yard; static, with no wind motion.
Cypress Tree (Vineyard and Winery)
Columnar cypress about 6.4 m tall: a short bare trunk under five tapering foliage drums and a pointed top, the upright the Mediterranean skyline is built from. Static foliage.
Olive Tree (Vineyard and Winery)
Mature olive tree about 3.4 m tall with a thick twisting trunk, two heavy limbs and a broad grey green crown of overlapping foliage lobes over a mounded earth collar. Static foliage.
Stone Field Hut (Vineyard and Winery)
Small dry stone field hut, 2.9 x 2.5 m, with rough proud facing stones on all four walls, a lintelled doorway with a boarded plank door on strap hinges and a corbelled stone roof rising to a cap.
Gravel Yard Module (Vineyard and Winery)
Four metre compacted gravel yard module with loose stones scattered over the rolled surface. The working surface of the winery courtyard; tiles with the soil and headland modules.
Terrace Retaining Wall (Vineyard and Winery)
Four metre dry stone terrace retaining wall, 1.2 m high, built in five battered courses with individually proud face stones, a flat coping and the retained soil behind it. Lays end to end along a contour.
Headland Strip (Vineyard and Winery)
Four metre grassed headland module: the mown turning strip at the end of the rows, with tufts left standing and a worn earth wheel track along one edge. Tiles with the soil and gravel modules.
