Cutaway Plant Floor (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 48 by 32 m station floor built from the pack's own 4 m slabs and shown as a cutaway: there is no roof over the halls and no wall across the front, so the reactor hall, the control room and the turbine hall are all looked straight down into and walked through. At the back...
Fire and Emergency Station (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 1.1 m fire point: a red back panel on two feet with a spoked hose reel on a bolted bracket that turns on its own node, a nozzle clipped beside it, two extinguishers on brackets and a break glass call point.
Battery Room Rack (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 2.4 m two tier battery stand: sixteen cells in translucent cases on painted steel tiers, with terminal posts and copper link bars across every pair, and a blank tag strip at the head.
Ventilation Fan Unit (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A plant ventilation fan on a concrete plinth: a 1.4 m casing with flanged duct connections, a discharge spigot on top, an eight bladed impeller behind a bar guard, the motor on the back and a local isolator with lamps.
Diesel Backup Generator (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 4.4 m standby diesel generator on a skid: an eight cylinder engine with rocker covers, manifold and turbocharger, a guarded coupling to the alternator, a radiator and fan cowl at the far end, an exhaust stack and a local panel with gauges and lamps.
Switchgear Cubicle (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 900 mm switchgear cubicle 2.3 m tall: a recessed instrument compartment with a meter, lamp tiles and control switches, a breaker door with a racking aperture and a trip lamp, a cable box behind and an earth bar along the base.
Cable Tray Run (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 4 m bay of ladder cable tray on two stanchions at 2.8 m: pressed side rails with rungs on 300 mm centres and three cable bundles lying in it. End ports run it across a plant floor.
Cable Tray Corner (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
The cable tray turned through a right angle on two stanchions, for taking a run round a corner of the plant floor.
Bus Duct Riser (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
The bus duct bay with a riser dropping off one end to a cubicle top, with its link box and floor flange, for taking a run down to switchgear.
Bus Duct Run (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 4 m bay of enclosed bus duct on its own stanchions at 3 m: a galvanised casing with bolted joint covers, an inspection panel, phase marking beads and a blank tag. End ports run it across a plant floor.
Switchyard Transformer (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 3 m oil filled transformer on its bund plinth: a welded tank with radiator banks down both flanks, three bushings on the lid and three on the end, a conservator drum over them, a marshalling box with gauges and lamps, and a tap changer handwheel that turns.
Radiation Warning Sign Post (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 1.8 m boundary sign post on a footplate: a yellow board with the trefoil and a blank plate under it, and a chain eye on each side of the post for closing off an area.
Waste Drum, Unmarked (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
The waste drum in plain galvanised finish for clean side use, with the same hinged lid.
Drum Stacker (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A hand hydraulic drum stacker: straddle legs on castors, a 2.1 m mast with a head sheave, a pump body with its lever at the back, and a carriage with a drum clamp ring that lifts on its own node.
Waste Drum, Lid Open (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
The waste drum with its lid held open at 96 degrees and the bag ring inside on show, for a drum being filled. The open pose is baked into the geometry, so the lid does not animate.
Waste Drum (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 200 litre waste drum: a rolled steel body with two swage ribs, a trefoil on the flank and a clamp banded lid hinged at the back that lifts on its own node.
Sample Glovebox (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 1.5 m stainless sampling glovebox on a tubular stand: a sloped laminated window, two glove ports with the gloves hanging inside, a transfer port on the end, an extract duct off the top and a tool drawer in the stand.
Dosimeter Rack (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
An 800 mm wall rack of thirty two pocket dosimeters standing in their charging sockets on four shelves, with a trefoil badge at the head and a blank tag strip along the bottom.
Decontamination Shower (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 1.1 m decontamination shower: a galvanised tray with a gulley, two panelled sides, a riser with a 320 mm drench rose and a pull handle, an eyewash bottle on a bracket, an alarm beacon and a curtain rail.
Survey Meter Bench (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 1.6 m steel survey bench with a galvanised top and an upstand: a hand held survey meter with a dial and a carrying handle on it, its probe in a rest, and a tray of smear papers beside them.
PPE Locker with Suits (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 1.2 m protective clothing locker: a painted carcass on a recessed plinth with four coveralls on a hanging rail, three hoods on the shelf above, and two louvred doors that swing on their own nodes.
Hand and Foot Monitor (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A walk-up hand and foot monitor: a grating foot plate on a base, a raked top with two hand wells and their lit windows, and a display head with three lamp tiles above it.
Instrument Cabinet Rack (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 640 mm instrument rack 2 m tall: a bolted frame with a back panel and eight plug-in modules, each with a pull handle, lamps and a small lit window, behind a glazed front door that swings.
Radiation Monitor Pillar (Nuclear Power Station and Control Room)
A 2.2 m area monitor pillar: a yellow column on a footplate carrying a readout box with a lit window and lamps, a detector head and a beacon on top, and a probe clipped to a bracket down one side.
