About
A repeating beam section for continuous beams of any length. The lathed core is wrapped by six swept flutes that spiral half a turn along its length, and a torus collar at each end lets segments butt together. The documented chain ports sit on the axis one metre apart. Bounding size 0.25 by 0.25 by 1.00 m, metres, +Y up, +Z forward. Origin: free. The origin is the centre of the projectile body, on the travel axis, so a developer places this mesh by the point the effect emits from rather than by a base. The geometry surrounds it, reaching 0.13 m below and 0.13 m above the origin. Opaque solid geometry throughout: this pack uses no alpha blending and no transmission, so the silhouette and the emissive material carry the read. Static mesh with no animation clip, no skinned rig, no collision and no navigation data.
