Walkable demo
Bellroot Floodward Settlement
Walk a level wetland settlement loop past the floodgate, reedworkers market, furnished raised houses and a resting mire newt.
About
A level outdoor loop connects the floodgate approach, sheltered reedworking bay, planted water edge, sanctuary and watch lane. The layout places all 37 individual Bellroot designs plus three published habitat references.
Fourteen individual models have animation: eight building entry leaves, cord cranks, an archive lid, resonance paddles, a mooring carriage, a sinking island and the mire newt resting-tail idle. These run continuously so raised doors remain visible from the lane. Buildings, furniture, water and vegetation otherwise stay static. The gatehouse tide flap and control wheel are static. The newt does not walk or swim.
Walking stays at one level. Raised interiors, stairs and habitat mounds are scenery, not climbable routes. The three assembled scene GLBs are omitted to avoid repeating the same village and animation.
Every piece here is a published model from the pack, placed by hand. Walk with the keys or touch, and approach a piece to see it move if it has animation. Colliders, navigation and gameplay are yours to add.
Points of interest
Floodward gate
Walk the level floodward lane beneath the gatehouse. Its entry leaf moves; the tide flap and control wheel remain static. Raised rooms and stairs are scenery.
Flood Gatehouse (Bellroot Fen Floodward Marches)Reedworkers exchange
Reed stripping, basket forming and cord twisting share the sheltered market bay. The cord crank and nearby file-chest lid move; lamps stand on fixed supports.
Cord Twisting Frame (Bellroot Fen Floodward Marches)The living bank
A mottled mire newt rests beside the planted water edge. Its six-joint tail idle loops while its feet remain planted. It does not walk or swim.

A copper-capped sanctuary and ceremonial bellroot mark the south turn. The door moves; the raised threshold is viewed from the level outdoor lane.
Bellroot Sanctuary (Bellroot Fen Floodward Marches)Watch and refuge
The watch lodge faces the refuge across the return lane. Their doors move, while roofs, bunks and upper floors remain furnished scenery.
Causeway Watch Lodge (Bellroot Fen Floodward Marches)Tide and waterworks
The mooring carriage follows its vertical guides beside the bank. Within the wetland, a stepping island sinks and rises beside nesting and spawning habitats.
Tide Height Mooring Carriage (Bellroot Fen Floodward Marches)Survey and oath
The archive office and oath hall close the north lane. Their complete rooms can be inspected from outside; this demo keeps the visitor at one walking elevation.
