The ground storey is fully enclosed and carries one of every opening type with the hinged single, hinged double and barred gate hung in matching reveals. The upper storey is left open on two sides, the way a blockout is actually built up, so the deck, the stairwell void, the grating bay, the trapdoor, the catwalks and the cover blocks all read at once. A roof of flat caps, parapets, an access housing and a chimney covers the southern bay. The graded ramp run climbs the west yard to deck level; the east yard sets out reference tiles, the remaining stairs, an outbuilding with a pitched roof and an exposed steel frame bay.
