About

The roll is a fourteen-sided cylinder with three sunken rings at each end standing in for the spiral of the wound sheet, threaded on a wooden rod with turned finials. A red tie crosses the roll with one cord tail curling away, and a curved leaf hangs down the front carrying a six-point seal. The leaf is genuinely curved about the roll axis rather than a flat plate, and carries no writing. Bounding size 1.20 by 0.34 by 0.18 m; metres, +Y up, +Z forward. Origin: free, at the centre of the roll, on the rod axis, because a collectible like this is hung in mid-air at whatever hover height the level needs and a base origin would put it on the floor. The geometry surrounds the origin, reaching 0.172 m below it and 0.172 m above it. Clips: bob (2.6 s), spin (3.2 s). Rigid node animation only: named nodes with translation, rotation and scale clips, no skinned rig and no skeleton. No collision volumes and no navigation data. Opaque materials throughout; the pack uses no alpha blending and no transmission.
