## What is placed

A hoarded plot about 44 by 25 metres, laid on its own demolition, mud tracked and crushed hardcore ground tiles, with a debris netted scaffold run along the far side. The building is down to three wall sections, intact, breached and reduced to rubble, with floor slab sections cut back to show their rebar and rubble piles in three sizes spread across the cleared floor. A high reach demolition excavator works the face with a tracked breaker excavator beside it, a tracked bulldozer windrows the muck, a skid steer with a sorting grapple picks the arisings over and a telehandler, a site dumper and an articulated dump truck run the haul route. The west end is the processing train: a tracked jaw crusher, a tracked screening plant, a wheeled loader and a graded crusher feed pile. Salvage is sorted into brick stacks on pallets, a bundled steel beam, cut rebar and a timber waste pile, with an open top skip, a covered skip and a lifting magnet on its stand. The compound inside the hoarding gate holds the office cabin, welfare unit and site cabin, a wheel wash frame, a dust suppression sprinkler bar and bowser, floodlight masts, a power distribution board, a fire point, a first aid station, signage, a banksman post, cones, mesh fencing and steel road plates.

## What moves

The hoarding gate panel swings open and closed. The bulldozer raises and angles its blade on separate clips. The breaker excavator and the high reach both work their booms, and the digging excavator swings its boom and curls its bucket. The wheeled loader, the skid steer and the telehandler raise their booms and tip their buckets, grapple and telescopic reach, and roll their wheels. The site dumper and the articulated dump truck tip their skips and roll. The dust suppression bowser spins and rolls. The covered skip lifts its lid, the three cabins open their doors and the power distribution board opens its cover.

## What does not move, and why

Track belts are static geometry: a belt running round its rollers is not reachable with the rigid node transforms this library uses, so the dozer and excavator tracks stay put even though their blades and booms do not. Hydraulic rams beyond the one driven node, dust, chains and netting are static for the same reason. There are no operators or crew anywhere on the site, because nothing here is skinned. This is a controlled demolition site rather than a disaster scene: the hoarding is tidy, dust suppression is running and the salvage is sorted. No real plant manufacturer or contractor is named on any machine or sign.
