## About

Free 3D model of a galley proofing press: a 2.5 m bench press with a rolling cylinder carriage, a forme of type on the bed and a pulled proof sheet, as a game asset. Dimensions 1.72 by 1.38 by 2.61 m (X by Y by Z). Metre units, +Y up, +Z front, origin on the footprint at ground level. Animated pivot nodes: cylinder-proof at (0.00, 1.18, 0.74) m. A proof press 1.3 m wide by 2.5 m long with the forme on a steel bed and a heavy cylinder carriage run over it by hand to pull a proof. The cylinder is a node and turns on the spin clip; the bed, the rails and the carriage handle are fixed. The type on the bed and the pulled proof both carry abstract marks only: blank lead bodies and two rule bars, with no letter or word modelled. Letterpress works palette: worn concrete, works brick, cast iron, machine enamel green, bright steel, brass, dark oak, pale pine, newsprint, printing ink black, type metal, brass and window glass. Standard PBR materials with embedded procedural maps. Rigid node-transform clips: spin. No skinning. No collision or navigation data.
