## About

Wall bay with a 1.4 m square headed window, deep oak sill and a single glazing bar, for a pixel art apartment. Opening 1.4 by 1.3 m with its sill at 0.9 m. The lining stands proud of both wall faces and the oak sill overhangs the inner face by 0.13 m. Dimensions 2.00 x 2.80 x 0.30 m (X x Y x Z). Origin at the bay centre on the wall centreline at floor level, so the piece drops straight onto the 2 m room grid. Metres, +Y up, +Z front. Modular piece on the 2 m room grid; connector ports are listed in the metadata. Static bay; the glazing is fixed and nothing opens. Pixel Modern palette of eight flat colours with 32 px nearest filtered maps on every material. Original design, no brands or reproduced artwork. No collision or navigation data.
