## About

Free 3D model of a minaret balcony for a desert mosque: a muqarnas corbelled ring carrying a deck with eight turned cedar lattice panels and a stone rail. Dimensions 3.08 by 1.76 by 3.08 m (X by Y by Z). Metre units, +Y up, +Z front, origin on the footprint at ground level. Connectors: foot (shaft) at (0.00, 0.00, 0.00) facing (0, -1, 0); top (shaft) at (0.00, 1.76, 0.00) facing (0, 1, 0). Tower module, origin on the centre of the foot where it beds on a shaft section; another shaft section beds on its top at 1.76 m. The muqarnas ring corbels the deck out to 3 m across. Nothing goes up it: there is no stair in the tower and the balcony is a silhouette piece. Invented throughout: no real mosque, madrasa, city, institution or identifiable building is reproduced. Every pattern on it is an abstract geometric or interlace repeat, with no inscription, calligraphy or writing of any script, and there is no figurative depiction of a person or an animal anywhere in this pack. Desert palette: sandstone ashlar and darker stone, lime plaster, cobalt and turquoise glaze, cedar, split cane, brass, wrought iron, sand and courtyard green. Static geometry; no rig, animation, collision or navigation data.
