## About

Free 3D model of a wrought iron window grille in a dressed stone surround for a desert mosque or madrasa: a 1.16 m honeycomb lattice with a sill and a hood. Dimensions 1.30 by 1.78 by 0.30 m (X by Y by Z). Metre units, +Y up, +Z front, origin on the footprint at ground level. Wall fitting, origin on the centre of the sill with the grille facing +Z. Stand it against a wall bay to read as an opening; the grille bars are set forward of the plastered back panel so no two faces share a plane. Fixed: the grille does not open. Invented throughout: no real mosque, madrasa, city, institution or identifiable building is reproduced. Every pattern on it is an abstract geometric or interlace repeat, with no inscription, calligraphy or writing of any script, and there is no figurative depiction of a person or an animal anywhere in this pack. Desert palette: sandstone ashlar and darker stone, lime plaster, cobalt and turquoise glaze, cedar, split cane, brass, wrought iron, sand and courtyard green. Static geometry; no rig, animation, collision or navigation data.
