Free 3D model of a large glazed dome on an octagonal drum for a desert mosque: 4.6 m across, ribbed turquoise shell, blind and grilled drum panels and a brass finial. Dimensions 4.91 by 5.16 by 4.91 m (X by Y by Z). Metre units, +Y up, +Z front, origin on the footprint at ground level. Roof piece, origin on the centre of the drum foot, so it beds straight on a flat roof slab or a hall bay head at 4.42 m. Stands 5.16 m from the drum foot to the tip of the finial. The dome is a hollow shell, so it reads as a dome from underneath as well as above. The drum panels are plain fields and grilles and carry no inscription. Invented throughout: no real mosque, madrasa, city, institution or identifiable building is reproduced. Every pattern on it is an abstract geometric or interlace repeat, with no inscription, calligraphy or writing of any script, and there is no figurative depiction of a person or an animal anywhere in this pack. Desert palette: sandstone ashlar and darker stone, lime plaster, cobalt and turquoise glaze, cedar, split cane, brass, wrought iron, sand and courtyard green. Static geometry; no rig, animation, collision or navigation data.
